Evolve Talent is currently seeking Electricians, Unlicensed Electricians, and Trade Assistants to join our team for multiple ongoing commercial projects in Townsville, QLD.

We partner with leading contractors and developers on high-quality builds — and we need skilled and reliable workers to get the job done right.

What We’re Looking For:
The below job titles, candidates with experience within the commercial construction industry and field.

• Licensed Electricians – Current Electrical License
• Unlicensed Electricians – Overseas Licensed Electricians
• Trade Assistants – Previous site or construction experience preferred
• White Card – Mandatory for all applicants
• Ability to work in a team, follow directions, and maintain safety standards

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting with rough-in, fit-off, conduit, cable tray, and switchboard installs
• Supporting qualified tradespeople across various stages of the build
• Keeping site clean, organised, and safe
• Working with a solid crew on well-run commercial sites
